Of course, he doesn\u2019t exactly know what\u2019s out there, does he?<\/em><\/p>\n Let\u2019s be honest\u2014you\u2019re not sure, either, but you\u2019re more than half certain.<\/em><\/p>\n Thordin exhaled. \u201cI\u2019m not explaining this again.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAgain?\u201d Matt glared at him. \u201cYou barely explained the first time.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s a monster,\u201d Thordin said, determined to leave it at that.<\/p>\n Thom eyed him as he swung down from his saddle. \u201cAnother one? Par for the course, right?\u201d He was carrying his sword, no ranged weapons in sight.<\/p>\n For the first time since he\u2019d marched out of camp, Thordin actually wished that Sif and Marin were with them. At least then they\u2019d have some ranged weapons at their disposal.<\/p>\n What the hell am I thinking?
