That sounds vaguely ominous.<\/em>\u00a0 Frowning, he quietly drew up a chair next to David\u2019s bed, trying to not be in her way or to disturb Issy.\u00a0 \u201cReally.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI can try to take it on faith,\u201d Bryant said, \u201cbut I hope you won\u2019t be offended if I keep a close eye.\u201d<\/p>\n
